Our Shipping Policy

At Mustaqeem's Essentials, we ship packages throughout the continental United States. Our goal is to get your products to you in as timely a manner as possible. Please provide all necessary information to expedite the process.

Orders must be received by 10:30 a.m. All orders received after 10:30 a.m. will begin their processing on the next business day.

We currently use the shipping services of USPS (United States Postal Service). Some items sold by MustaqeemsEssentials.com require special handling as specified by federal, state, and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. We comply with these regulations: therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.

Method 1: USPS (United States Postal Service) Parcel Post Mail

All USPS options are for shipments up to 70 lbs.

We ship to street addresses in all 50 states; the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands. We also ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
Saturday delivery at no extra cost.
After your order is received, it will be processed and shipped within 3 - 7 business days

Depending on destinations, some restrictions may apply.

Method 2: USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail

The same as parcel post plus the following:
After your order is received, it will be processed and shipped within 2 - 4 business days instead of seven.

Method 3: USPS Express Mail

The same as Priority Mail plus the following.
After processing the order, this option delivers mail in one business day (usually by 3:00 pm to many destinations) including Saturdays. Delivery on Sundays and holidays is available at an additional cost in selected locations.
Depending on the destinations, some restrictions may apply.
Automatically insured up to $100 against loss or damage packages.

Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories

MustaqeemsEssentials.com accepts orders that ship to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). All orders to these locations must use UPS Priority 2nd Day Shipping.

Other Shipping Rules

International Orders: We are sorry, but we do not ship to international locations at this present time. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Business Days: We process orders to ship Monday - Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

MustaqeemsEssentials.com is able to ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each per address.

ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO BANK AUTHORIZATION PRIOR TO PROCESSING. ONLY AUTHORIZED PURCHASES WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED. IF YOUR ORDER CANNOT BE PROCESSED, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU VIA THE CONTACT INFORMATION YOU PROVIDED.
